Impala

What's under the hood?
Just a little small block chevy...... Take a listen....

That video was in 2003 during out local Hot August Nights in Reno, Nevada. My car was just starting its transformation. No air bags and interior was not complete.

My motor is a SBC 355. 530 HP and 585 TQ. Best time is 12.160 @ 108.740 MPH. Once I install my new AFR heads which should give me another 80-90 HP I should be in the 11's... I have spend a lot of time getting the motor, trans and rear gears to work very effecient. My Impala launches at 4100 RPMS with almost zero tire spin.....

Shot of the motor.....

Custom stainless steel dash insert I made....

There is also another video in my sig of my Impala.....

Thanks for the compliments guys..... Those pictures I took yesterday are going to Air Ride Technologies. I was asked to take some photos for their 2007 Catalogue.... Be cool to be in the catalogue.... My car would be officialy published.....

You are truly sick!! You did not even let your buddy Rick know that you had such a beast!!

Shame shame on you

I have a fresh 454 and Th 400 for that beauty!!

Moral of the story is keep your buddies informed of your projects!

P.S. I'm staying at your house during Hot August nights!!

Do tell Rick about the 454? I am purchasing a 454 block this week...... What do you have? I want to build a 502.....

I just had my turbo 350 completely BUILT with a 3800 YANK converter. And new 4.11 rear gears with Moser axles and a very aggressive posi... But it is time to get a big block in the Impala so I can break something...
