ragged old flag has to be one of my favorites of all time, another is "all gave some" by billy ray cyrus, of course "god bless the USA" by lee greenwood, "tattoo's and scar's" by montgomery gentry, "ships that wont come in" joe diffie, american soldier by toby keith, there is a song, i cant remember who sung it, he talked about he never thought there would be a day he might have to kill a man, talking about being in the army, and how you dont know what he's been through, cant remember the name. there was some good ones that have been released this week by new artists.
