Well i picked up a chrystler new yorker 84. Ya its a gasser but hey its got the 2.2l turbo in it. Every so ofter a red light that says power loss comes on. It dont feel no different. Does anyone know what it means, i didnt have time to look in the manual yet. But any help is appreciated.

power loss is the early version of th check engine light. cycle the key three times and the light will flash a code.

 

Sounds like it could be an alternator. If it actually is experiencing power loss
