out like Home Depot did! All you have to look at is how Ex-Home Depot chief, Nardelli, turned Home Depot into! A hurry up and wait for no help in a cluttered ORANGE warehouse. Nobody knows (nor do they care) anything if your lucky even to find somebody.
I know I have been to several Dodge stealers an I KNOW I knew more than the order taker. In fact I had been asked to work at a couple of stealers, due to my extensive questions about features etc. Maybe that is what America has turned into a big warehouse big box envinonment. Wouldnt it be a lot simpler to have a knowledgeable order taker who would be able to draw on a car or truck and have it available in say 2 days, instead of some dealer dragging you around some car lot asking you if you like this one or do you like that one...
