We just brewed up a 10 gallon batch last weekend. It's in the fermenter right now. Should be ready sunday. Can't wait to taste it. I made a batch with fresh ginger root about 2 weeks ago. It's all fermented but I haven't had the time to bottle it yet. Any other home brewers here?
i would have to disagree, but opinions vary . In my gallery theres is a pic of my truck outside the brewery in golden.

Of course you need the "spoon" to go along with it.

Hey. What's wrong with Coors? It's definately better than the stuff I'm drinking now (Miller Lite ). I've always wanted to get into home brewing but just haven't taken the time to do a bunch of research on it and stuff.

If yer beer's so thick that ya' gotta scoop it out with a spoon, ya' need to "cut" it with some Stanadyne PF.

Coors drinker here also unless I'm in special company. Guess I've hung around to many rodeos.

It looks like it, doesn't it?

I must say I go both ways with my beer. When it's just a couple after work I'll have something nice, but when it is sitting around the fire getting rowdy and stupid it is defintely Coors or Pabst or even Natural Light

No the sink isn’t Line-Xed. It does kind of look like it in the picture though doesn’t it? It’s made out of Corian and it’s pretty durable. Plus I liked the color.

Okay… to pour a “Black & Tan” you will need 4 things:

1. A bottle of Bass Ale
2. A bottle of Guinness Draught (White top bottle seems to work best)
3. A “true” English pint glass
4. A spoon to rest over the edge of the glass.

Pour the glass ½ to ¾ full of Bass Ale. Rest the aforementioned spoon over the side of the glass and pour the Guinness slowly over the back of the spoon. If done correctly, the Bass and Guinness should stay separated. I have tried with Guinness Extra Stout but I can’t make it work. For some reason the Widget cartridge in the bottle makes all the difference in the world.

One last thing… How sad is it that I took a picture of my beer?

Nope Bass Ale. If I had used Harp it would be a Half & Half.

Home brew is the only way to go. Check out my gallery and see how we pour the home brew here in Washington.
