Jimmy jammers work ok.

theres also specific plates for these dodge trucks to help prevent people from breaking in around the door handle.. one of the most common methods used to steal/break these trucks.

i dont remember what they are called, but look them up.

and although 5% tint may look cool.. thieves time and time again are attracted to heavy tinted vehicles, since those owners tend to spend more $$ on other goodies for the vehicles. dropping the tint would reduce the chance of someone looking at your vehicle to begin with.

no she lives in a neighborhood between ward and haysville. but it is getting bad in that neighborhood they built a bunch of apartments around it and now everyone is going to there to steal. I have never anyone break into my truck or house and i always leave the keys in my truck and the house open. (yeah i know it stupid to do) but i live on the outskirts of the city only thing around me is fields.

I have been looking around at alarms and i want one that will start and unlock it from an fob anyone got one or know of a good brand?

Some idiot broke my passenger window, dumped the couple toggle switches and other little junk out of my ash tray and took it, then took my front right turn-signal. But they left a sirius radio under the seat. Beat THAT

Someone got into one of my cars years ago & took only one thing . . the dome light bulb. They left everything else in the car undisturbed.

I know it's a sad state of affairs. Don't want to hijack this thread but my neighbor in the insurance business told me that if someone was attacking my wife and I set my dog on him, the guy could sue me and win. And I'd probably be forced to put the dog down. What's the world coming to?

My wife's Sunfire had the lock punched when she left it in a mall parking lot one night. They dragged her golf clubs through the back seat and left them. They took nothing, not even the CD player. Now I have a screwdriver hole in the door to fix. I think I'll buy her a 4 door Yugo. Nobody breaks into those.

Got that idea right out of Diesel World plus I'm gonna admit, one of my buddies scared the hell out of me with his train horn in his MegaCab when me and some other people were walking to Hardees.

Wink Try the simplest...

yep, alarm systems or motion lights do the job. protect for the first 30 seconds and you have deterred the common drug thief...

VIPER alarm system is what I have on my 85 mercedes. gold with all windows it invites thieves...but that alarm system can be set so specifically and changed with a fob you carry, it has been worth every penny. I travel all over and it realy fits the bill for stopping carjackings even, well maybe that was me looking too evil then......good luck and try a weld plate on the dodges
people who owe money put them on to thwart the repo man.... ah the things you learn from criminal Court...

All precautions aside. My opinion is that this was a inside job. Meth heads just don't go to the trouble of fixing back what they break into. Whoever stole his property knows him very well.

i live way out in the country, its about 15 minutes before i see organized civillisation. that being said, i still have to go into town for supplies. when i was a farmhand i used to keep a .303 in the truck for coyotes. with the indian rez so close, i decided not to give the ******* a free gun. (though it might help with quaillity control). that and canadian gun control is right f***ed. i just thought it was safer to leave it at home.
as for ur situation, id say inside job, or a very compassionate criminal? doesnt make much sense to me. havent come across a guy that will fix something that wont effect him later. id either get it straight with the lady or ask some not so polite questions. remember if theres nobody around they cant hear them scream. body? what body? dunno about where u r. but theres lots of places to lose things up here.
just food for thought.
