Maybe your woman took it out to surprise you with one that was better, but just got caught in the process? Sounds like it was an inside job....JMO

Amen. Suckers at the pawn shop now!, LOCK YOUR TRUCK! I don't care where any of us live LOCK IT OR LOOSE IT, and for heavens sake, keep the keys out of it, your lucky you still have it.

Now, if it was locked and it wasn't an inside job, and you can afford an in dash dvd, I would pay out for a good loud alarm, and lojack. (they may be annoying, but they get attention, at least from you) keep it out of shady areas too! Sounds like they had a good long time, keep light on it (motion lights are best they have the startle factor), remove faceplates at night, and put some cameras on your parking spot(s) so you can at least prosecute! And tell your girlfreind to keep an eye on it from now on

A buddy just had his toyota broken into at his apartment at night. They only took his CD player. Funny thing is, there was a spare key to the truck in the ash tray and they never touched it.

Get a little theft light that flashes in the center consol, even without a alarm it will make people think twice cus they dont know what alarm it might have. It could be the lift the door handle type of alarm, or any of the others, but it will make them second guess if they want to chance it.

My sister worked as a bartender and a girl who use to work there came in and was talkin to her, and the people she was with were stealin my sisters cd player as they talked. Prolly to go sell for a quick 20 bucks for some drugs. Lame people like that need to get caught just once and put in there place.

Some very nice theives I might say. But you could get a train horn kit and wire it up. You might find a stinky brown substance from when the horn went off.

I have never heard of thieves being so nice as to tape everything back up and fix your dash back and not tear anything up. This smells like a barrel of dead fish in August. I think you had better do some closer investigating.
