I know the feeling, some of the guys at work are just finishing up the recovery from last years storm. Let's just hope this year is full of bluffs, with no storms making landfall.

Ive never figured out what the point of living in a area like that is. I realize the weather is typacly great but the storms that frequent the area destroy everything in there path and take all year to recover from just to start all over next year. They make roads between here and there so Ill stay here and just visit sometime when the weather is desent.

yep... i'm with bkrukow,

sounds like it's time to move. if a hurricane hit my home 4 times (like last year?) i would think that karma is against me.

Heh.. Want Karma? I met a guy in the UK who was in the Phillipines when the volcano blew. Lost everything. They sent him to Homestead. Just in time to meet Andrew. Lost it all again.

But on the Up-Side, you can live in a new house every couple of years and never have to put in a change of address form at the Post Office.
