I was just reading the humor thread and realized that I have not seen Mexstan post anything in quite a while. Just wondering how he is if anyone has seen him?

His last post seems to be on Dec 04 2004.

Not sure where he disappeared to.

 

I had wondered if he fell in a hole, he does do a lot of digging.

 

Sent him an e-mail. Maybe he'll stick his nose in here and say hola.

 

Just got an e-mail back from Stan. It seems he lost interest in DTR for reasons that I won't go into. You can always send him an e-mail if you just can't stand to be without him.

 

Thanks Hoss, I appreciate ya checking on him.... I just missed his antics for telling good jokes.... Tell him we said Hi from the other side of the river next time ya e-mail him...

I think Alpine checked in a while back to let us know he's been in the middle of some "personal and business related" problems. I'm sure we'll hear from Markus (sp?) when he get things ironed out.

Thanks guys for remembering me. You are right, I have not checked in for ages. The reason is that I got upset at one of the DTR managerial staff and lost my heart for DTR. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with DTR, as it still is a great site, and could well be the best diesel site on the internet. What happened was not necessary and could have been easily avoided if it had been handled better. I am not going to go into what happened in public as that is water under the bridge and between him and I.
I may check in occasionally as a guest and who knows, may even less occasionally make a comment or two, but for all intents and purposes I am outa here. Too bad!
It has been a great ride and I want to say that I very much appreciate all you DtR'ers, specially the ones that have provided help when I requested it. Thanks guys.
