Not trolling any more then a topic that blames those without basis.
Had you taken the high road and said what a shame it was that a memorial that had been around more or less 70 years had been vandalized. Without casting blame you would have seen a different response from me with a positive agreement that it was disrespectful.

must be missing some fightin' words there boys, so I'll just comment on the situation that involved any court to begin with....
case with merit ever pass the brains of state and higher Court judges? cost of decision impact? request to turn it over to a private maintenance issue was denied during the initial communication phase. There has to be some money backing that, not just one ex employee.....
my understanding is that this location is not in a public spot or visible from highway, look outs, etc....
lot of money wasted is all i see. problem with liberal rule via law is vigilantism. social failure when going against the common law of the public sentiment by means of ursurping the very rules set by common law, tsk tsk.
if we get the sixities back, can I go to woodstock this time?
