I use the red Valvoline synthetic in the grease gun and for trailer wheel bearings. It is rated nlgi cg-lb for both chassis and wheel bearings.

Depends on what I am greasing. Like Jeff, I use valvoline syn for a lot of auto stuff. For my hair I use Pomade and we use bacon grease for the greased sheep competition.

With all the mods I have done, my truck now has 13 grease nipples and I use the only grease that the local AutoZone stock. Grease more often than most and even more after driving in heavy rain. Still got my original tie rod ends.

Schaeffer's Moly EP I bought 5 tubes before I moved to Alaska and have used maybe half of one. Great stuff, and I think it'll probably last me quite awhile.

I switched to it about 7 years ago, since switching I have never had a dry u-joint, and king pin replacement now only happens from impact damage. I also use it to pack the front wheel bearing on all our International carriers, have not had to change wheel bears since using it. It is very expensive but well worth it in a commercial atmosphere.
Do you use their motor oils too Tim?

We use their grease and gear oil at the shop Scott. We use Chevron Delo 400 LE in a bulk container for engine oil. I have been trying to get the owner to switch but he won't. I run LE engine oil (8800), tranny fluid (1150), and gear oil (703) in my personal truck and on my way to 20k oil changes with UOA.
