I'll be buying the XD45 in the next couple of months - I tried the Glocks, but they are too bulky in my hands whereas the XD just fit perfectly.

 

I have the XD .45 Compact. Like most said...the grip of the XD just felt better than the Glock. I shot both at the range and the XD won me over. I've put hundreds of rounds through mine with no malfunctions.

i have the XD 45 with the 4" barrel. i tried both and the XD felt a little more "natural" when shooting and at the time i knew alot of people who had Glocks, and i wanted something different. i have put a thousand or so rounds through it without one problem what-so-ever. i know people who have done the same with their glocks. if you can, shoot both and then decide. my vote goes for the XD though.
