Yup, I have even had them TRY and get me to sweep the floor/ file or some other menial task for the rest of their hour. I politely decline and leave. I am there to work on their telephones. If they have something else related to their telephone system I am happy to fill up the rest of their hour with that and actually work to keep it within that hour.

However, when you dance with the devil and get me doing something to fill up the rest of "your" hour and it ends up over even by 5 minutes... CA-CHING$$$ I'll bill you for it... I'll be happy to play that game all day long...
