General Real Estate Law

no one from law is going to answer: a- for free advice b-over the internet

some of us still have ethics. call your local Bar association for a referral as they know your state's Laws. most attorneys will answer a five minute (simple) question.

I know some might, but they are an extremely rare entity.

true, the last lawyer i called said "it's not worth my $750 fee for me to go to court with you, here's what you say"

and he would not go. but what he told me, helped, and it was a simple phone call, picked guy out of the yellow pages.

Your answers might depend on at least which state you live in or want to do business in. I think I'd add that bit of info to your sig or at least your post.

Yep it's the 99% of lawyers that give the rest a bad name.

and yes- there are some really great attorneys that avoid the publicity and honor the Law. shake your hand and you feel good about the representation AND the fee. and do not call the judge with some baloney.......
