I had a similar issue on my wrecked celica, asking price was about $4500, he sent me a check for $9000. Also, with VOIP (voice over IP) like Vonage, you can be almost anywhere and the # on the caller ID will say whatever # they have. And you can live in OH and have a AZ phone # if you want.
