FLD Door Hinge

I have a 1995 FLD120 that the door hinge is worn out, and Id like to replace it. Was wondering if anyone has had experience removing these. Appears that the hinge is rivited to the door structure, and this assembly bolts to the jam. Am I mistaken? Any tips on removal.
Thanks

Yep!! Its time to get rid of it! once the door pins get loose the rest of the truck is shot!lol Get a W-9 kw and youll have something! no seriously you will probebly have to take whole door off and the grind the rivets off, replace pin with 1 from dealer and rivet back into place! Use stainless steel rivets, the aluminum will hold for a while but will loosen up shortly over time!
