Anybody own or have any helpful info about Busse knives? I think I am going to get one if I don't find anything else I like better.

Those look like nice blades. I always buy what feels good in my hand re: of make. Some of my cheaper knives hold a better edge than my expensive ones.

I don't buy garbage but sometimes I find a good one for utility use for under a hundred bucks.
