Knives on planes ?
Can someone explain to me as to why the TSA has authorized the allowing of knives on airplanes ????
This makes absolutely no sense to me, although I'm not the smartest apple in the basket.....
Luckily, I don't travel on planes.... no not that I really have anything to worry about..... although I'm sure a bic pen is just as deadly....

It is an attempt to allow people to carry pocket knives of a certain blade length or less to get around the hassle of confiscating them at the checkpoints.
I guess they take a huge number of "sharps" off of passengers and think this will ease some of the congestion at the airport...
I'm not sure it is time to relax any of the airplane safety rules just yet....

Yep just your tiny pocket knife most of us carry all the time that really isn't much of a weapon though I could make you bleed profusely with mine..I keep it razor sharp
I am just glad they still allow me to carry my chain saw on board....Stihl or Husqvarna? you decide

I don't fly. My pool team is qualified to go to Chicago in August for a tournament, and TAP is paying for the plane ticket and hotel room. I asked if we could find out if they would pay for an AMtrack ticket. The team captain's kid said he'd like that option as well.
