If you want some largemouth bass, go to Lake bastrop! They are biting left and right on Baby Brush Hogs. I love fishing that lake when I'm home in Elgin. When I'm up here at school in College Station, I go to Gibons Creek. Both lakes are power plant lakes. To get to Lake Bastrop, Take 290 to Elgin and take a right on hwy 95 south. You'll see signs closer to Bastrop pointing you to the lake. Have fun!
