It was the only time they ever played any of The Rover, though, which is the best song of all time, and my all time favorite. You saw something that only happened once in history...
First ever was a Blue County all aucustic(cant spell tonight) here at college, 4th row seats, and it was a freaking blast, got to talk to the guys and listen to them play real music-without the add ins). Also just went to see Larry the Cable Guy in Raleigh this past weekend, it was a blast. No other concerts though, dont have enough money/time most of the time-have to be up early for work

First concert for me was Supertramp in '76.
For anyone wanting to see Rush, check out the DVD called "Rush in Rio". 60,000+ fans at the concert. It's incredible.
And for Led Zep fans, check out the DVD with the pyramids on the cover. Superb DTS sound track. This one's a must have for any Led Zep fan.
First concert ever was an oldies concert that I went to with my parents. I have NO clue who played but I know there were a bunch of bands!!!
First concert that I actually remembered who played was the Alan Jackson / Faith Hill concert when Faith was just starting out. That was an awesome concert.
Since then I've been to a lot of concerts..........mainly all country. Brooks & Dunn, Lone Star, Garth, Reba, Dwight, George Strait multiple times, Tim Mcgraw, Terry Clark, Kenny Chesney, and who knows who else........

1975- Marshall Tucker Band in Dallas. The Outlaws opened for them. The best concert was sometime in the seventies in Austin TX. Chicago, Fleetwood Mac, Steve Miller Band and The Band. Awesome!
First: ZZ Top, the "Recycler" tour. Was OK except Extreme was the opening band.
Worst: Sister of a friend dragged me to the Afghan Whigs because she was afraid to go into Chicago alone. Didn't really like the band anyway, and it was so loud it hurt.
Best: The Dead at Soldier Field, the year before Jerry died. I went the next year and there were thunderstoms that took out half the sound system, so it wasn't a good show.
I haven't been to a concert in years, I've really come to hate being in crowds. I want my space!
