Living in New Orleans, I see a lot more of this than you'd think. Had one blow the side completely off while it was getting inspected. Worse than the explosions are the fires. They had one burn to the ground 2 streets over from my house. Most of them are electrical fires. People try to run all their electronics just like they have in the past while running the a/c non stop. The breaker trips, they reset it, turn on the hairdyer again next think you know the place is on fire.

I think that most likely, this house would be a gas house. Prolly a bad connection when hooking up an appliance maybe???

Glue vapors are not something to worry about, as the glue we use in the factories have to be safe for our employees.

I am not the most knowledgable, but I work for a company that built a lot of FEMA's for Katrina. All mobile homes have a set of guidelines. MSDS sheets also show that our glue's vapor is not flamable.
