Electrical Question?

I have a question for the electrical gurus.

I have a motor that is 3 phase 208-230 and supposedly have 3 phase 240 power.
When I check the incoming power I have 2 legs that show 120V and 1 leg that shows 240V.
Is this right?

How are you checking it, phase to phase or phase to neutral?

Edit : That may be normal. You might have what is called "high leg delta"

I have checked both ways
Phase to phase I have, A to B 240, B to C240, A to C240
Phase to Ground I have, A 120, and B 120, C 240

Phase to phase is what matters. If you need to reverse the rotation, just swap two legs.

Thats a high leg Delta, it should be a little lower than 240 though, 208V if you do the math.

Be sure you don't use it to feed a 120V load!
