Top's Younger Twin
Yo Older Twin of the south, We need to trade some chili. My best batch to date was a buffalo chili with one lone ghost pepper seeds and all simmering in it. It was perfect...best chili ever and the Master Chef at work said the same thing. I hit the right combo.
Speaking of buffalo, I came home to a large slow cooked roast last night...all smothered in onions and mushrooms.
The chili had a second wind beyond anything I have ever produced before.

Went skiing for the first time ever tonight. I survived and actually did well. Sore, going to bed.
