Ever have one of those days that you shouldn't have got out of bed? Today was that day for me..
My though of the day: How does a blind person know when their finished wiping?

the think I saw on blue ant's website was the bluetooth headsets. I didn't find the other equipment till after I posted.
I have the jawbone Icon, It does a really good job of blocking outside noise, but has the problem of it has to be in contact with your jaw, and seems to work best if your clean shaven.

Crying today 'cuz my truck got sick yesterday and is presently at the Dodge dealer. Was at a light (fortunately without the fiver) had it in gear with the clutch in when the clutch pedal got light and suddenly the truck wanted to take off. Had to shut the engine down and hit the brakes really hard to stop it. Next light no problem, but for the next few lights the problem rapidly got worse until I lost the clutch completely as it would not disengage. Figured that the problem was the known internal leak in the hydraulics. Tried to get parts from Autozone, Carquest, NAPA and O'Reily's. Nobody had any parts and no stock in the warehouse - except in Alaska. Finally wrestled the truck to the Dodge dealer who had the parts. As I have limited tools with me, decided to have them install the new parts. This was at 4:30 p.m. They tried to drive the truck into the bay, but could not and had to push it in. They did not finish the job before quitting time, so hope to have it back this morning to hook up the fiver and continue my trip. This is going to hurt my credit card! Hope to be in Harlingen, Texas later today and cross the border back into Mexico tomorrow. Just hope the dealer does not mess anything else up.

A jawbone I have never tried, it is attached to your ear and only you would hear the incoming signal. The blue is clipped to the visor or setting on your desk, it is good for a speaker phone type call ( or sound can be sent to phone only - you are asked that on an incoming call..
Here is the link to the blue ant systems I have the supertooth 3 (that's all they offered 3 yrs ago) The S1 and S4 are improved models:

I have the cradle in the truck towards the top of the dash so that I can see who's calling prior to answering it. This also makes it easy to dial out as well and gives you the safety of a hands free system. Blake on your wireless Wilson what is the range? If the truck was parked outside the office would it still interface? That might work in Jeff's situation

Evening folks.
Got to pull the wheels on the Ram tomorrow. I've had a roar in the rear the last few weeks. I think I finally narrowed it down to the inner wheel bearings. I didn't have the correct tool for the axle nut when I did the breaks in June and didn't get enough preload on them. The outers seem OK but I'll probably change them as well since I have to pull the hub to do the inners. Cheap insurance I guess. In the FWIW category, you can get a six pin axle nut socket at NAPA out the door for $16 and change. (for the 11.5" AAM) You'll have to take it home and file off about 1/16" from the inside edges of the 6 tangs so the square pin will fit in the round hole. Once you do that it will work perfectly.
