More good news. He was transfered today to Lincoln Nebraska to a rehab facility called the Maddona. It is one of 4 in the country like it and its one of the best. He is still not awake but he will actualy move his left arm and lift his head. He will open both eyes and focus on a person now but after a bit he will look away like your not even there. Forward progress, little by little. they say hes still in a coma though.

 

But it's progress, that's cool. Still pray'n here buddy.

 

Amazing how God can work. We just asks us to trust Him even if it doesn't go the way would like it to go. He has a plan for us much better than the one we typically pick, but we need patience and understanding to know His plan is the best one. Tough when you can't see the why in His plan - - - but when you realize His timing and planning is so far down the road from ours, it can ease the pain. We just need to be willing to allow Him to change us, and work us into His pattern - - it will be soooo much better when we get there. Sometimes it can take years, and I am convince many things we will never understand until we can look Him in the face and have a quiet time with Him.

Keep on praying and believe God's plan will be the best one, regardless of how it comes out. He knows best.

Thanks for all the prayers. just talked to Lizz(his feiancee) and she said he will open his eyes and follow a pen back and forth and will actualy scratch his head and chest if they itch. She said they tried feeding him aple sauce and he dident like it and wouldent take a second bite. A freind of his was just there tonight and called me and said he pushes his glasses up when they start to slide down,on his own now. maricales happen all the time. Like said we may never know the why but God definatly has a plan for us and hes not done with Chris yet.

Add one here... last friday night my girlfriend Lindsey and cousin Heather were coming back to where me and the family were fishing. They came around a corner and due to a couple factors including weight transfer and speed, it rolled. Lindsey was driving and was thrown from the rhino. Heather was trapped. Fire and EMS were called in and we got her freed. Lindsey had a bad black eye and abrasions on her face, a bad bruise and scrape on her side, a cut lip, and bruises and scrapes all over. She was released from the ER around 2 that morning. Heather, my cousin, is still in the hospital. She received severe road rash and cuts all over (it was on a gravel road on our ranch), a dislocated ankle, and a 3rd degree burn on her leg (not sure from what, those familiar with a rhino know that being pinned under the passenger side floor board as the rhino was on its side know there is no exhaust or anything there to cause it) and will undergo surgery thursday for a skin graft and will be in the hospital another couple weeks. The whole weekend was a celebration for my other cousin Jory's 21st birthday (and a little sidenote, my girlfriend, the driver, was sober at the time of the wreck). Monday after taking him to the airport, he landed in Georgia only to be taken immediately to the weekend to have his appendix removed. This all comes just a week after his dad had a severe heart attack. Needless to say, this has been a rough time and this whole family could use some prayers. I'm sure this could have been summarized, but there was too much story. Thanks for your time.

Asking for Prayer for our 3 year old he is getting sick and we Pray its only a cold.

 

Please send prayers to my brother and his family tonight. As y'all may know there was a couple of helicopter crashes today in Afgan.. My brother is a pilot for the 160th special operations regiment (Night Stalkers) and he is a pilot in command for the CH-47 E model. The same style that crashed today. This division is a very small elite group and we are very worried about him..

My prayers and thoughts go out to all the families of the fallen heroes today.
