Scotty, she has my prayers. Will also keep praying that God guides the hands and thoughts of the surgeons during this operation. What is her name?

I found out today that the tumor and the lymph node closest to the tumor that where removed from my sister's neck are malignant. I saw her yesterday at her husbands birthday party. Her right side of her neck had an incision at least 6" long from the back of the neck to the throat. And it is very swollen. There is a possibility she may need to get that area drained. The Cancer clinic had two specialists present at the meeting she had today with the surgeon.

There will be some tests done and they have to wait to do another CT scan of the neck area until the swelling subsides. She is scheduled for the CT scan on the 30th.

This was a real shocker and its has hit us all very hard.

Dang Scotty, I am very sorry to hear that! We will keep her in our prayers and have her put on our prayer list at church.

Thanks everyone!
Wife is doing allot better (I'm still frayed around the edges). Made her come out to the home site with me for a few weeks. Getting away from every thing was a good plan. Took her a little bit to get started, but she was soon hard at work cleaning the place up. When all the sled dogs started howling, she remembered why she liked it out there. She made friends with a couple of the neighbors dogs, and then a couple more. Glad to see her getting over that fear, but now we have 4 freeloaders.

Scotty, sorry to hear your news. Prayers on their way from here.

Cougar, glad your wife is getting along better. As far as the free loaders, it could be worse. It could be me, Scotty, Scott and Eric.

Just talked to my neighbor and she shared some tough news. Her grandson and his GF were in an auto accident Friday night. She was killed, he suffered a concussion and some minor injuries but the biggest hurt for him is losing her. Her family is also being very difficult towards him right now and it's tearing up my neighbors.

I've met the grandson several times, he's a good guy. The families could use some prayers in this difficult time.

Prayers from here for the family Shorts.

Just found out my neighbor two doors to the north is in the hospital with cancer. He went in for a check up and from what his wife said, he may not be coming out.
