Today is work week FRIDAY, finally. We need a smiley that wipes his brow with great gobs of sweat being flung to the far corners of our great country.

Anyone know an electrician who needs work? We are so far behind in filling the manpower requests, it's almost embarassing. Lots of work available in the Pacific Northwest. PM me for details...... Sorry for the hijack (not really) but if I can hook somebody up with a decent job....I'll go for it.

Liquids all day today - - oh goody. Had Ensure for breaky - - that's a first. Mommy, I want my oatmeal with Craisins and brown sugar. Oh well, little price to pay for some peace of mind. Hey, Senior Chief, you seem like a pretty bright guy... But, what part of "I'm never home" don't you believe? I mean, really, I have been home about 4 times since the cycle started, (July 21st) probably for about 6 hours each time... from the time I got home till the time I left. I ain't gonna waste any part of that 6 hours watchin a movie. Maybe you should take some TAD and come down and spend a few days with you DTR SDI son... I think that I seen the box as I was walking by it to go to the bedroom...

Still no word, no news is good news in this situation. We just got back from PT, and boys are broke off. It was great, we're doing some new PT stuff. Recruits are getting destroyed. (physcally exausted, not hurt...)

Gonna call 04 later and try to explain to him AGAIN how much I'm at work... Maybe I should call him everyday when I get here, and every day when I leave...

Not much happening around here, finally getting break from the heat, its cloudy and only gonna hit the mid 90's today. Maybe able to finally get some time in on these horses.

Got the new engine for the little tractor ordered should be here Monday, so guess I better go pull the old one...

actually, i was figuring you would burn in the squad bay office, in background, while you were doing paperwork.

last cycle, you stayed because you were a new SDI and making SURE things go right.

part of being a SDI is training the DI to do a SDI's job. part of that involves letting THEM spend the night, and you going home to Mama and the MadKids.

delegation was always my strong point

anyhoo,
the last PO1 that I worked with made Chief few years back, and this year, when the Chief's results came out, and the PO1's he trained made Chief, so I feel like i left a good legacy in the Navy.

ask MrsMad what she want for breakfast Saturday AM, and we should come down and pick up those parts.

Grandpa is doing ok, he is having some mild pain, but otherwise progressing as the doctors want him to. I'm going to call later. Thanks again for your thoughts!

Glad to hear your grandpa is doing well.

Sorry I haven't been launching breakfast, here is a start though,watch your noggins,out of practice.

Just to let you all know why breakfast hasn't been sent. I have a sick shih-tzu,my vet has informed me that his body is bleeding out. What that means is that his bone marrow isn't producing the red blood cells that it is suppose to,so the red blood cells are bursting and causing him to be anemic and lathargic,which also means he has limited oxygen in his body.He lost 2 lbs in 5 months. All he does is just lay around and wants me to hold him. I went and picked his meds up yesterday and I hope and pray this med. works.I have to take him back on Monday. This has got me all tore up and that's why I get on for a few and off in a few.
Cin's very worried because her puppy is very sick.

A fine sunny bright and beautiful good morning to all the DTronians. Good report from the Cap - - thanks for letting us know - - tell gramps we are all praying for him. Get a fresh pot of foo foo on about 2 pm today - - I will be back from the black snake by then and ready for a whole pot. Hope the doc likes my smile this morning when he takes pics.
