Evening DTR.
Got dinner cooking. I have a t-bone on the grill and some parsley and butter red taters. I also have a big pot of homemade chicken noodle soup cookin' too. made the soup for the GF, she called me today and said she felt bad and thinks she has the crud. So i am makin' her some soup to help fight the crud. I keep my soup recipe simple and she likes it that way. I don't use any canned broth in it, everything is done from scratch. it won't be ready for her tonight but she'll be able to enjoy it tomorrow and over the weekend.
Be right back, gotta go flip the steak.

yeah, kinda runs with the sports teams there... (sorry , just had to..)
doing so much planning, I fell asleep in the recliner. THAT got a lot of work done.....made skillet stew (toss leftovers with a can of veggies, some potatoes) for the boy and me. hubby was out mowing the grass. yeah, it's dark here. I have learned not to ask.

Evening, dinner is done. Was watching the Military channel for while. The GF's Chicken soup is almost done, gotta simmer for a little longer before I add the noodles. Got some Shiner Bock tonight and enjoying it.
