She's tried the training thing a few yrs ago, found out it didn't work. Now she puts up with my stubborn and odd behavior. I've always said its a love hate relationship... I love her and she hates me!

Did you get alot of rain up there Scott? The heavens opened up here today in the early part of the afternoon and has been off and on showers ever since. I was able to get in a little bit of yard work before it got too wet outside.

Evening DTR, nothing exciting today. Got deviled chicken on the stove for dinner tonight.

Hey, Claude, glad you made it back!

Evenin, DTR. Cleaned the sheds out a little, called the guy at the school house where I'm supposed to be going, we might be working out a trade so I don't have to go in December! Good stuff. Don't get your hopes up yet....

I was cleaning up some stuff by the shed, found a small copperhead. Bout a foot long, nothing serious. Been a long time since I found a snake.

Not much else going on. I had the will power to leave the kegerator alone...

That might be a good idea for tonight.

Done that a few times before. Usually its been when I've been stressed out for a while. Been sometime since I've been stressed out that much.

Yes, yes we did! About 2". Picked an inside job to do today after I waited around all morning for it to stop raining because the weather idiots said it was almost over.

Walked out my garage door the other afternoon just before we left on trip - - there was a nice Moccasin sunning himself on the drive. About 4'er. I have a pet black snake around here but never had one of these things. Hate moccasins - - they are sneaky and aggresive. Lots of them in the everglades when we down there hunting.

Thought I would stop by and say goodnight - - time to hit the beddy bye - - lots of chores waiting for me in the morning. So, bye bye.

lazy morning got into overdrive with a stupid text message. glad that's over and home now. 'nother 200 mile roundtrip for nothing.

reading here; glad to se eOl Dog back on, was wondering if my not showing up was a denial intervention Redleg and I would have to do to get Claude back on DTR...

 

count me out as well- thought I was ready to work, but to zonked from doing nothing all day.................

I dunno how much we got today but it was enough to make the frog and toad population come out in one big mass tonight. I went to take the garbage can down to the street and had to dodge the little guys.
