Evening Everyone!

Dinner was good, made my chops, scalloped taters, and a Romanian (Family recipe) dish that involves salted pork (Grilled), white, and green onion all served on some bread. I can't spell the name but I can tell you it is good! Grill the salted pork, also have a bowl of chopped green and white onion (I use Vidallia) seasoned with paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill the pork for a little bit then set it on the onion mix. Doing this several times will cook and flavor the onion mix with the hot pork juices. Once they are soft, serve'em up open faced on a piece of rye.

Truck is all waxed, gonna clean the interior tomorrow and then mow the lawn.
