Evenin' Blake.

BTW your last pics look like your doing good with the weight loss. Congrats!

I'm still hitting the gym pretty hard. Not losing much weight but I'm slimming down and packing on some muscle.

Thanks Bud.

The weight loss is slowing down, but still dropping. Its kinda strange acutally. Ill stay at the same weight for several days and then drop 3-4 pounds over a day or so. Strange.

Thats great your bulking up. I wouldnt mind being heavy, if in a good shape.

I don't really need to bulk a bunch. I'd rather lose 30 lbs or so. Much easier on the Knee when I have to run..... I have a run it the PT test I have this fall........

Either way though, a bit of extra muscle doesn't hurt me.....

Hey marc, that's him, Big Z

Couldn't recall his name, selective mental block or something. Good on him for retirement, bet some customers are glad to see him go. One of the most interesting people I've ever had the pleasure of conversing with.

Otherwise,

As long as you're in shape, the extra pounds won't hurt the knee too much. What exactly is the problem with it, I might have some info that would help you out a lot.

had a whiteout here earlier... of hail. What the heck was wrong with snow?

Still sitting in around 0 C windier than a sitting of the legislature, but all in all, fairly sunny and nice, other than the hail.

Have a good one people

Tore the miniscus (sp?) a few years ago and had it repaired. Not too much trouble day to day but after running and pounding on it I definitely like a vitamin M or 2........

hah, reminds me of mine a few years back.

hello, you've reached the psychic hotline. We know who you are, and what you want, so at the sound of the tone... please hang up.

Thank you, you'll have a good day.

Yeah, there have been a few like that.
