I own a lawn and landscape business in central NY. The local police have decided to put on two commercial vehicle examiners. I'm sure the &quot;city fathers&quot; decided it would be a good way to generate revenue. Since we are on the roads regularly with our trailers, mowers, fuel, etc. etc. we are sure to be &quot;examined.&quot; Can anyone recommend a good place to find the regulations? I have obtained one small pamphlet (DMV I think) but it is almost useless and another source looks like the encyclopedia Britannica. Anything out there actually useful?<br><br>Thanks
