Dodge Ram Gasser forums?
Dodge Ram Gasser forums?
I have a friend at work with a 2001 Ram 1500. I was telling him about this site, and he asked if I knew of a site like this one, for the gassers. I figured some of those who might have wised up and gotten a diesel, might know of the gasser sites. Any ideas?
http://www.pavementsucks.com
GOOD site for gassers, and also off-road trucks. Some of the guys there have plenty of knowledge about the gassers AND diesels(most of the diesel guys are on other diesel boards also). I'm registered on that site because I had a 97 gasser, and any problems you may have with the gasser, can be answered there. I HIGHLY recommend it for gasser dodges, cause most of those other sites(DTW for instance) deal mainly with the looks, only a few people actually care about high performance. And, pavementsucks is easier to navigate than the other sites I've been to(this one equals it in ease to navigate around, search, etc). The guys over on ps.com have helped me fix my truck a few times. Tell him to check it out.

dodgetrucks.org and bionicdodge.com . If he's looking for an email list, I've been on this one for years: http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/.../listinfo/dirt

Mine only got 12 on the highway, till I cut the cat and ran straight pipes with glasspacks
Around town, I dont even want to know what it got, somewhere around 4-7 mpg.
I did love that truck though, now wish I would have never traded it in, just kept it with the tags and insurance off it.
