Dodge 3.9 engine code

I bought my 16 yr old son a 2002 Dodge Dakota with a 3.9 V6 for his birthday a couple of weeks ago. He come home today with the check engine light on.

I checked the codes and got 0748. Does anyone have any idea what it is for. I searched the net and couldn't find it. Help please.

My OBDII manual say "Pressure Control Solenoid Electrical"
Not sure what that solenoid is.
