Exclamation P0341 engine code with rough engine running

I am sorry in advance if this topic has already been covered but I am in need of some serious input. The truck is a 2006 5.9 cummins with just over 90k on it. It has 5 inch strait pipe, edge juice with attitude, afe stage 2 cold air intake. I got a p0341 code last week and replaced the camshaft position sensor thinking that it would take care of the problem. Truck ran great for about 10 mins then the code came right back with some terrible running. The truck will hiccup very badly while driving. Its getting to the point that I cant even drive it. What could be causing this problem to keep occurring? I thought with a bad sensor that the truck wouldn't run at all but it does? I have checked all wires thinking I had a bad wire causing my voltage to drop to the sensor. Any input and help would be greatly appreciated!

Also like it clears itself then comes back. Then the truck almost dies for just a split second then comes right back to life and runs fine.

1st off, I recommend that you remove the Edge J/A and sell it.
For your 2006 you have many better options than an interceptor box with harnesses running all over the engine bay.

Then I recommend that you check the harness below the oil filter and behind the A/C compressor for chafing and shorting.

Then search on DTC P0341 on this and other Cummins forums.

Yeap, check the wiring below the oil filter where the compressor is. The compressor clutch power wire will chauf and short out against the A/C lines coming off the compressor.

Checked all wires and can't seem to find a problem. Now I'm having a choking out /bucking problem.
