That would be the 4x4 people that are afraid to get mud on their tires... We have quite a few of those here...

I can understand if it was a VW Cabriolet - now that's a car that just drains the testosterone right out of a man.

The only thing worse is a Diesel Beetle.

Does this look like a "girly" 2 wheel drive?

Not really "Giiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrly"!

But just think how much more "MANNNNNNNNNNNNNNLY" it would look sitting up higher with a 4x4 suspension under it!

I was just last week thinking how "girly" it was when it took me about an hour to pack the wheel bearings and replace the brake pads on both side of the front end........

But then it would have decreased aerodynamics and wouldn't be able to corner as fast...

VERY true, it corners VERY well............the main limiting factor is the tires.
It's hilarious following a "sports car" on an exit ramp with a dually........
Maybe THAT's why my front tires always seem to wear on the outter edges first......

4wd for me, being I live in the northland. Neighbor has a late 90ish 2wd dually, and I'm sure he doesn't feel "less manly" when hes at a stoplight looking eye to eye with a little old lady in a buick.

I went after a 2wd in July when I bought this truck. The resale is better on 4wd and the rebates made the 4wd a free $3000 option. I have driven both and both have their good and bad points. That said, with a small leveling kit and 35's, 4wd feels much more rugged. Is that more manly?

Does this look like a chicks truck to you ?

The tighter turning radius alone was worth the 2wd! This town I live in wasn't built for 4wd long bed pick ups!

The only time I have ever wanted a 4x4 is when I was standing in the mud and pouring rain a couple weeks ago hooking up a chain to a tractor to pull my truck out of the ditch...other than that, I love 2wd.

I thought it was a Photo-Shopped Tundra...

just kidding - I love any truck, as long as it's wrapped around a Cummins!
