Daughters in FP softball nationals??
Will be going out to Normal, Ill next weekend for the ASA Nationals with my daughter in the 14u age group, anybody else from this site heading out there?

I'm not going, but enjoy yourself. My daughter goes to ISU there. I grew up from about 2 yrs old on up at Fast Pitch Softball games. My Dad played then managed from when he was in school till he died. I played some but was never very good. Had a lot of fun though and consumed many cold, frosty beverages after the games. I also discovered that chicks do dig guys in a ball uniform, even if you aren't any good. LOL

Best of luck to her, what position? Pix of the games if you can.
Have a good time there. FP is an exciting game. I played catcher and relief pitcher one year when I was about 18. Wasn't that good, but had a great time.
In later years played slopitch as a pitcher. Was good at that. Won a couple of tournaments. Hung up the glove at 52, most of the players were in there teens and twentiesy.

Awesome since im a young one here. I play baseball and have playe din the junior olympics in west palm beach florida 3 times have traveled to alot of places in north america and once in puerto rico. It will be a blast for ya as well for her!
