Mornin' all.
Got the canoe loaded and the truck packed and ready to go. Heading out camping and fishing this weekend (probably spend most of the time in the hammock though). Got a half day to go and then I am outta here.

Gotta go find some to get me through the morning.

Ya'll have a good one.

Good evening everyone,

Found a little time this evening to relax and check out my favorite place on the web !!! Heading north to Missouri again in the morning. Gonna get to squeeze the kids for a couple weeks and pat momma on the backside. Life is good !!!

Looks like I am penciled in for some orders to Germany. Looking forward to checking that part of the world out. Anyone ever been stationed in Stuttgart

Take it easy and everyone be safe this weekend. Congrats on the famous handshake Huey ... I'd sure like the opportunity to meet President Bush.... and Huey for that matter !!!

Glad this week is over. First, Monday smacked my finger with a 22 oz framing hammer, (don't ask), Tuesday, broke a windshield in my partners tool truck, and Wed, got distracted while framing a wall and managed to offset my end by 1 1/2".

Oh yea, did I mention last night got kicked by the neighbors horse?

I'm ready for a new week please

Howdy Campers.

The early bird might get the worm,
But the 2nd mouse gets the cheese.

Heading out to Warranton, VA with my poor mans aux. fuel tank
(four 5gal fuel cans) for my Fall diesel fillup as the prices around here ($2.15 gal.) have risen to insane levels.
Fuel out that way is usually 20-25 cents a gallon cheaper.

Rain in the forecast for later today, gotta put the Fall Weed & Feed on the lawn before this evening.

Y'all be safe.
Ed

Edit:
Paid $1.999 gal at East Coast station Rt 17 & 29 in Opal, Virginia.
Took $75.00 worth of fuel.

Have fun, Ed. Finishing up an extra shift. Helps pay for the modifications, but is tiring on the bones. Rained most of yesterday -- my one day off this go around. Bummer. Well, hope to get the biodiesel reactor wired up later today and start cooking. Diesel took a big jump here, too. Had a hard time swallowing the $2.08/gal. yesterday. Didn't relish filling in the rain, either.

Never been there, but I'd love to visit someday.

You could give AlpineRam and BavarianRam a jingle when you're over there though.
