Actually, I really don't know but that would be my argument.

I would also say Yes because you can technically drive wherever you want. Are you legal to drive in the carpool lane with a corpse would change everything.

I think that qualifies as long as they are Illegal....that way the Law isn't allowed to pester them with silly questions (like why are you tied up in the trunk) for fear of profiling and violating Obamas plan to get more illegal votes and you don't get in trouble for kidnapping
