Camera problems
I just dropped off the Canon A520 that I gave to my teen age daughter last Christmas; that little camera took a million pictures, but boy was she tough on it. It would only power up and display the Canon start up screen on the LCD.
There isn't a whole lot you can do to them, and I wasn't about to start taking it apart. I also took out a 2 year warranty with it, so now I'll wait and see how Ritz camera comes through. They said it'll take 6-8 weeks, and either they'll fix it, or replace it with something similar.
Keeping my fingers crossed.

It looks like the camera does ok in good light but looses it at night.
Other than the one shot from the back of your combine that was probably vibration.
I know my Kodak takes crappy low light shots if there is any movement because the camera trys to compansate for the lack of light.

I have some night time shots here that worked out perfect , i was just getting tired of sorting through my 1000's of pictures trying to find the good/bad ones.
I have good and back pictures taken during the day and at night, of motion , and still , from moving/shaking equipment , and from a mount, it makes no difference , it is totally random.
I tried to use it the other night at our family christmas party , and i had it mounted or sitting on a table most of the time , and i only got 3 useable pictures out of the 100 or so i took...

I don't know how familiar you are with the camera. You were asking if there was a setting you might have changed. I think you should make sure that you don't have it set to take close-up shots. Usually a little flower symbol appears on the screen or on the button that you press for macro shots. If a camera is set to macro, then the pictures will be blurry like yours if you aren't actually taking pictures at the correct distance.
