I don't see any cats in that picture...yeah...yeah thats it no cats. Picture was taken over a hundred years ago...yeah...thats it.
Kinda like the folks 'in the know' here telling me theres never been a Moose inside the city limits. Strange how I saw one in the CENTER of the city at the park drinking from the lake in broad daylight and the same pretend moose was on the front page of the paper standing in someones backyard...but theres never been a moose in the city.
Really makes you wonder.

same here. I have one that dens every year, out by summer. needless to say i stay away from the ravines for that reason. told neighbors to untie their dogs, fence them or have a nieghbor look out for them due to the cougar wandering to feed.

got threatened by a EN Con lieutenant. unitl i gruffly told him to stop and called him by name. we were in the same law enforcement motorcycle club about 15 years back. he left. I knew who had complained (city guy) so never mentioned the pet thing to him. yup. lost four pets that spring. nope. no cougars around here.......

that is one big cat there claude. wow! I can't handle my orange tiger, hate to have those paws hit me.

redleg- you working tonight?

I am glad you found my cat "fluffy". I wish you would have called before he was killed, all he wanted was a hug. My kids are very upset.

Ahhhh, now the hostility is clear. You must be a gluten for punishment, and now that your daughter is keeping you up all night you must be ready to snap. Not easy working with family.

Cool, around the freezing mark. Got about 2" of heavy snow and ice. I will go clear it in an hour or so.

If you survive the deer, you're good.
