For those of you who have been here in Jorsey, this is a Jersey delicacy. And it's the next best thing to Bacon.

You guys have had Egg-bacon-cheese sandwiches, we have a Taylor-egg and cheese. Put that on an english muffin and mmmmwahh

Actually, I'll take this over bacon

I am also a purest when it comes to coffee and absolutely do not understand the maple flavored bacon they sell. However, when curing fish and meats I like to experiment a little with background flavors (like the hint of bayleaf in my recent stuff).

Dont know why the maple flavored bacon tastes so bad (to me) but if a little maple syrup happens to get on a piece of bacon it is still edible.

That's pretty good, cool idea! Kinda looks like something you'd see on a cruise ship if your cabin steward got promoted to chef.

Ground beef and grated cheddar, wrapped in bacon with hot dogs for appendages.
