To all Americans

Since the election I have been reading in various US newspapers how some of the Kerry supporters are extremely upset and in some cases appear vindictive. I understand that my opinion is not worth a fraction of an ounce of sour owl manure, but perhaps some of you may agree with what I say here and spread the news.
Bear with me as I quote some scripture. Titus 3:1 & 2 tells us “Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good, to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate and to show humility toward all men”.
The election is over. President Bush has retained the presidency. So now both the winners and the losers need to pull together and attempt to restore the American nation to some semblance of its former splendor and ‘togetherness’. The losers need to rally behind the president and together, the winners and the losers in this election, work to make it work. I would have said the same thing if Kerry won, even though I think he would make a horrible leader. Don’t know about the rest of you, but I want to see America united, not divided. United you WILL stand, divided you will fall. Divided you will help your enemies.

Although the election is over, the danger that you as a nation is facing is not over. As I have said in many posts, the American nation as a whole is facing the greatest danger in its entire history. The faceless enemy is inside your gates and your walls and just waiting for a chance to strike. More are outside working on defeating America. The mighty American dollar is under massive attack and could quite easily fall. Folks, I hate to repeat something that many find irritating or unbelievable, particularly during this time of celebration, but the majority of you need to wake up and face this threat to your country and your way of life. WAKE UP AMERICA, before it’s too late. Never before have you as a nation been in a situation such as you find yourselves now. This may be your last chance to get your elected officials to do the right thing for America.

Stan, I belive that the fact that the recent elections brought out a record number of voters, signals an "awakening" in our populatation.
We still have issues that need to be addressed, but I think the Prez's main job at this point will be to try to bring us as a nation out of the ugly, antagonistic, attitude that seemed so prevelent in the politics (and discussions) of the past few months.
Much prayer will be needed.

Well, actually, seeing who Willie supported this election, I would. Now, let's talk about Charlie Daniels for President!

no matter who is in there you still have to respect and back them to a certain extent, they are still our leader and commander in chief, no matter who they are...I voted for bush, but if Kerry was elected he was still my president...

PS....Go Bush!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, those on the other side don't feel this way anymore. And they have been given permission to not feel this way by being emboldened by a segment of our society who feels that, because of their station in life, they have cornered the market on what and how us "mouth breathers" should think and act.

I'm a jar head - I was only tought how to kill - I was not tought deplomacy... That being said:

We do have tons of munitions that are reaching their shelf life expirations - Waste not, want not - Use `em or lose `em. Hmmm, "Empty magazine forward, Aye, Aye sir!"

Break `em down, build `em up foreign policy - why do we fear others? Nevermind, I just read the news - protest here, demonstration over there, America is killing the earth, blah, blah, blah. Flag burning, hate crimes, etc. - that's an aweful lot of wasted energy that could be better used putting rounds down range or towards diplomacy/foreign policy that favors the USA.

Many are too busy peeing in the face of America to realize how good they have it. Instead of doing something about it they gripe like a noisy wheel until they get greased at the expense of more important things.

Following JFKs advice I did for my country, for 8 yrs, I expect nothing but to be allowed to do for myself - make my own way. If I become a bum - that's my choice and my own fault. The opportunities are plentiful (not easy) but are never taken advantage of. I must truly say that my country has done more for me than I have done for it. I have a wonderful life, a CTD, money to spend (not a lot but enough to be comfortable). Not bad from a boy that enlisted at 17 and turned 18 in boot camp. No social programs, scholorships, inhearitances, etc got me here. Just what I learned as a child and in the Marines. Most of my fellow devil-dogs don't read/watch the news - it's too depressing. The lack of respect for and within this country is absolutely discusting and a slap in each of our faces. I too have been shunned and discriminated against by small town residents outside of military bases. Harassed by the police. Treated rudely/badly by the merchants. Talk about bite the hand that feeds you - those towns are bankrupt since the bases shut down.

People flock to this country, not the other way around - I wonder why that is - I guess this place is a real hell hole - I happen to love it. This hell hole is needed much moreby other nations than it needs them. What do I know - I pay over 35% to the government to support ingrates and the lazy - but I am free, or am I...

I should really learn to keep my pie hole shut but something I read really set me off - sorry for the rant.
