'94 2500

theres a dealership in town thats selling a silver cummins 2500 RCLB. it has the 3+OD manual transmission, flip up gooseneck hitch, sprayed in bedliner, and aftermarket CD player. It has 94,XXX miles on it and seems to be in REALLY good condition. They are asking $13,980 for it. I was hoping to get a little newer year with cruise and the Ex. cab, but i dont NEED either. It also has the rubber/plastic floor and a cloth seat. It seemed to drive exellent with nice smooth clutch engage/disengagement, and it drove very straight. It also is 4WD. i cant really think of much else to say about it, it has newer tires on it and the body is very straight with a few chips here and there and a couple of minor dents. Im just wondering if that price seems high or pretty fair for that truck. TIA guys

When the '94's came out, they had a bunch of little problems which they solved with TSB's and recalls. The price also sounds too high. If you look, I'm sure you can find a similar truck for a lot less. On the other hand, if ya "Gotta have it" we all understand!

I had a 95 2500 and it had the granny low gear and 1st 2nd 3rd and OD plus of course reverse seemed like an awsome tranny I loved OD seemed to better than the 5 speed I currently have the OD could go down to 40-45 and max at 100 I also had the 3.54 gears sounds like decent deal for the low milage but I would try at $11,000- $12,000 maybe to start

I'd try to get them down a bit. What part of Iowa is it in? I bought mine from Iowa with 160,000 miles on it, $8,250. MAKE SURE AND CHECK THE BOTTOM DOOR PANELS for any rust that seeps in along that crimped seem. This is a cancer that has to be cut out. In just one winter, mine is already eating away.

i already found a different truck.....the one i found is a 99 RCLB, has the 24v diesel in it, 5 spd manual, SLT laramie pkg, heated mirrors, alpine CD player, all that fun stuff, 82000 miles, theyre asking 17,800 for it. it has about a 2 " lift on it with interco trxus tires and nice *** aluminum wheels....i will try and get a pic

PS i also forgot to mention that it still has some goodies for me in it......when i looked in the garage door opener thing on the OH console, i found 6 trojan-enz un-used condoms........makes me worried about sitting in the truck now but oh well, atleast i wont have to buy any anytime soon.....LMAO
