9 STRAIGHT BOWL LOSSES FOR IRISH. Everyone (pundits) said they would lose, but I watched it thinking N.D. might at least make a competitive game of it. Perennially overranked.

 

always have been over ranked. The media circus and espn personalities get stiffys when you mention Notre Dame or USC. Funny thing though, I seen some guys on ESPN talking about how Notre Dame should not have been in a BCS bowl game, but before the game all you heard was how good of a game it would be...


Now I say this, force all independants into a conference, take the top two out of every conference and make a playoff system with this. It should always give you a true national champion...

 

I love it!!! All the Irish fans I know are so obnoxious and conceited its sickening. Like happy said, they are very overrated, cant win the big game. The only time they look good is when they play a Navy or an Army. Brady Quinn is hyped way too much.

 

I agree. He might be a decent QB but there are certainly other QBs out there that are just as good if not better than him, but they dont get near the attention.

 

That was the most boring BCS bowl game yet....

Not only did ND get owned, we also saw the true brady quinn. I thought he has be overrated for two years now. I feel without the system he is now in he would be nothing. his draft stock seemed to take a dive as well. Might be a good thing though...I wouldnt want to be a raider either!

 

Let my Browns take him. They LOVE to draft overrated qb's that dont pan out.
