The 4th of July Breakroom!!! (bring your own fireworks)

Evening everyone.

New breakroom is started. Happy 4th to you all and happy birthday to the USA! Hope you all have a safe but fun holiday!

Baled and hauled some more hay today. Had to fix the spear on my friends tractor too, he broke is three times and fixed it the first two times. I fixed the spear the last time and it's holding up now.

After we got done this evening, we cooked out at my friends house. I grilled some porterhouse steaks I bought this morning. My friends fiance made some taters and boiled some fresh sweet corn to. We all ate good tonight!

Got some coffee, tea, sweet tea, and not to frilly ph00 ready!

Mornin, all.

Don't forget what the fourth is all about... not just fireworks, but freedom!

Had a good party with some friends, got the garage mopped out, back yard cleaned, and some other small stuff done. Knee hurts.

Ok, good times. See ya'll in the am.

Goorfff--Hack--Cough---I love the smell of cordite, black powder and sulfur--Wheeze (me waving my arms to dispel the vapors (not those kind of vapors)). Like new years eve, we cant actually light off the rest of this stuff for one more hour (UTC time). After the profound words of wisdom I left in the last break room for lil dennis I cant believe anybody is left in the breakroom.
Every new July 4th is like that fresh aroma you get from opening a new jar of peanut butter and sniffing it--=-wait, I meant its like opening a new can of coffee and sniffing it. Its like new years but even better. A new start—new possibilities.
Well, its possible I wont get scorched like last year.
Anyway, happy forth of July. I was raised in an old fashioned way and believe that the forth stands for much more than declaring independence from Britain (they turned into a pretty fair ally) but it declares independence from any powers that try to take us down. Time to go make a big boom and God Bless Us All.

Morning, hope you all have a happy and safe 4th. Remember, if you're going to play with fireworks, and you know you are, just a couple of safety reminders.

First, if you frequent this thread on anything near a regular basis, speak to anyone here using their first name or have ever found yourself wanting to utter the phrase "Hold my beer and watch this", put the lighter down and slowly step away from the fireworks.

Second, the answer is yes, he's really talking about me.

Working on changing the honey do list into the honey did list. Got all the new shutters up yesterday except for one window. I'll finish those up in the morning. I don't like working on ladders. Pollen here is kicking right now for some reason, about 0145 the Allegra D also kicked in, that explains the early morning visit.

No real time for fireworks for me this year, so Ill just grab a sparkler or two and chase Scott around trying to give him the quick and not so painless haircut.....

Trip to Houston went good, Slade got a nice truck at a decent price. Hes all excited to have his first Cummins.

Im heading out to visit with the OFC. Then its off to get my trailer.

Wow, you take that too! It works great for me except that it gives me weird dreams. That is, when I actually can get to sleep when I'm taking it.

Good morning DTR, great statements Rick, I will give the lighter to my wife. Sounds like you been busy.

Good luck with the trailer move Blake, good find also.

Took yet another vacation day to do work around the house. Got to finish power washing the pool deck then open that bad boy up, been sitting closed for the past 3 years.

Ya'll be safe and enjoy and respect this holiday for what it is.

Wow, another July 4th. Wonder how many more we can enjoy before we can't wave the flag anymore - - might offend an illegal immigrant. God Bless the USA and Stars and Stripes and may they forever wave.

Hey Scott - - thanks for the phrilly ph00 - - good choice but not frilly at all - - ya did good.

Church, out to lunch with a gorgeous blonde and how for my ph00 and cookies - - hot dog, who could ask for anything more.

Ya'll be good, enjoy the day and don't blow a finger off today.

FiverBobbyLatexStarsAndStripesSpeedo must have loaned his PinkLAtexTickledPinkSpeedo design to Blake for his trailer dance.

Happy Day of Freedom to you all. We did the same on July 1.

I agree with what fiver says [this will be a first and maybe the last time I agree with him ] that its looking bleak for all of our countries and our beliefs with all the bending and changing of the laws/rules/Beliefs/Standards and Behaviors of so many people in our countries.

The pendulum has swung too far to the right...its time to get it back where it belongs and I see some of your fine states are taking some initiative on that front.

OK, as for the celebration...I added some [censored] to all the beverages and I need to vacate the premises because of the side effects all these meds have caused. PHEEEEEEW EEEE. Glad I am gettin off them drugs now.

Hat, I can make the trip to fix your wheel, just send the word and I will be there.
Insert Mission Impossible sound track here.

Me thinks you are the "MISSION IMPOSSIBLE." Not even Punta Dunta Girl will ever get you straightened out. Hey, glad the pain is letting up - - nasty. Just don't get frisky and feel "strong man" for a while, OK???

Thinking it might be valuble, I have been hanging on to a 48 star flag since I was a kid. Turns out they are so common they are not worth much. 49 star is worth a lot more.

Starting to cloud up again here. Got to finish cleaning the mess up in the yard from last night.
