Blake, ignore him. (I'll give you twice what you paid for it, cash!)
Been on the road most of the day today. I found a sickle bar mower on the east side of the state that should lend it's self to modification to work on my skidsteer. It needs a few small parts and the frame tweaked just a bit but it should do nicely.
Guess the log splitter just got bumped back a little.

Hey wait a cotton pickin minute here....

Yeah I think I got a sweet deal. Structurally its sound. Its a 2000 model. Electric over Hydraulic brakes. Gonna pull everything off of it, fix the few little things that need it, steps, light mounts and such. Remove the back railing on the dovetail and install new ramps. Then gonna get it blasted and painted, rewire and brake job, new decking, 8 new tires and bam... brand new trailer. Dad has agreed to foot have of the bill on repairs and improvements as it will be a Clark Farm use trailer. Only thing I probably wont do myself is the blasting an painting.
Evening yall, back in Texas. Had a good day, long day but good. Not much time to celebrate the 4th, but thought about what it meant and where our country has been in the last 200+ years. Bout to go to bed, see yall later.

Hey!! Word of advice. Sleep with sox on. Last time I had knee surgury and was taking wacky pills, wife painted my toenails bright red while I was sleeping on the couch. She still thinks its funny, Dr and nurse (at apt the next day) thought it was funny. I did not

Happy fourth people. Enjoy it, and yes, remember what it stands for
Bro. Blake, good haul on that trailer. It will give you lots of service life yet. When you get around to working on it, check closely under the reach, where it connects to the main frame. I am almost betting you see some stress cracks under there. That thing looks like it paid its way to this point.
Managed to pick up a used runner for the F550. spent most of today putting it in, and getting small things hooked up. Now, time to put peripheral parts on until you can no longer see the engine.... then fire it up. Gotta love fords. At least it rained most of the day.
Meanwhile, I really need to hunt down a kill some dinner here.
Have a good one folks

Ok, just got done spraying the yard, I must have seen 300 crickets, no lie. They are bad, and really loud. One got in the attic above our bed about a week ago, I was up there trying to kill him for about 4 nights straight.

Hmmmph. I just assumed you were a better shot than that. Killing crickets with a .45 at 10 ft should be a walk in the park for you

Totallyrad: I was trying to figure out how to respond to that and decided to act like I didnt see it....

LoL. Yeah, I suppose its a little easier on the A/C costs if you do it your way without all those little holes in the roof. Oh! This web site has some really good tips for when you finally decide to start making sushi at home. http://www.diy-sushi-recipes.com/ Only reason I recommend it is he has a good video on the California roll on how to make the inside out roll.
I've looked at some instructions like that, I just don't have the extra money to buy expensive stuff that will only feed me. We're buying in bulk now and freezing stuff. Not as much stuff to hunt here as there was in SC...

I hear you. However, I am cheap by nature (that’s why I make sushi instead of buy it). The only hardware I bought years ago was the bamboo rolling mat. The only ingredient that can be spendy (if you cant find an oriental market) is the wrapper. You don’t need a fancy wooden bowl to mix the rice in (I use a large plastic one). Rice is cheap and once you learn to make sushi rice you can roll it with anything. My kids loved my earlier attempts which were nothing more than the rice rolled with scrambled eggs. Later we would add whatever was on sale including fish sticks. Yeah, I know, a sushi master would slit his throat if he saw the stuff we make but its fun and pretty inexpensive. Hmmm getting hungry for---Ha!! Top Ramen will hit the spot.
