1st 2nd and 3rd Gen weights?

Didn't know where to post this since it covered 3 topics. If it needs moved then move it.

But how much does a first gen weight

and a 2nd gen

and a 3rd gen

I don't have an owners manual. And i was just wondering the weight differences for racing at the tracks.

Thanks Dean

My 99 Quad cab 4X4 weighs in at 7116 pounds in race trim with me in it. And that's on several different scales. It's always within 25 pounds or so of that when it has a half tank of fuel.

My 93 club cab 4x4 weighed 6800 with a tool box full of stuff and a full tank of fuel. Added 1200 lbs. to make the 8000 lb class for the truck pulls.

My 2000 quad cab 4x4 weighs 7200 empty.

My friends 92 reg cab 4x4 weighed either 6400 or 6200 empty, can't remember exactly.

My 93 4x4 Club Cab weighed in at 6200lbs at the pull with a full tank of fuel, a nearly empty toolbox, stacks (didn't add much as the stock exhaust was gone), and lots of rust

I don't race but with a full tank of fuel, me, a 5th wheel hitch, Line-X in the bed, and a few tools in the box I go 8000 lbs on a state DOT scale. This is a SRW 3500 Quad Cab.

8000-8200lbs.
Mine is about the same as yours or a little over. But mine has a Ranch Hand front replacement that adds about 250lbs over stock bumper.

These 3rd gens are HEAVY!

R U sure that wasn't 7500lbs?? Boy that sounds light for a 3rd gen. Especially a Mega Cab! (your profile says mega).
