Evening DTR

Productive day for me. Got the yard mowed and trimmed, weeded the garden and the planters, and got the garage back in order.

Realxing now

Evening all. Well I am officially a full fledged red neck now. Put together a potato gun and had a whoopin hollerin good time!!! Man those things are COOL!!!! Absolute potato carnage!!!

Anyway, just waitin for the call to back up to the pin cushion.

Good to hear that you got her runnin Scott

Scotty good to hear you are closer to being re-evolved

Bla, Great pics!!! There would probably be less of a pain from the govt if you were gonna pump oatmeal or something through those pipes. I'll be all those regulators show up in trucks though don't they...

Mark, with all the help you give out, its no wonder you are a little mal-adjusted. That and living in a furnace will do that to ya. All I can say is that with out you and MANY others on this site I would be in even taller grass than I am right now. Thanks to ALL!!!

Bark - Bright side is always harder to see, but much much better to look at!!! (grandma told me that)

MATT hows the dragon???

You all have yourself a great evening.

Evenin all!

Finally have a chance to sit a spell and surf a bit. The last few days have been crazy. Work load pretty much doubled this weekend and staffing went the other way. go figure.

The sun is making an appearance again and starting to dry things up a bit. Yard needs mowed but it'll probably wait till I'm off this week.

Made it in to the gym 3 days in a row this week already. Feels good. Summertime up here isn't very conducive to hitting the weights on a regular basis so I've been slacking off a bit, but no more.

Scotty- Good to hear the evolution thing is working out for you.

Hat- Take the truck for a long drive and maybe bring a fishing pole.......

Mornin' all.

Today is Monday, July 26th.

On this day in 1775 - A postal system was established by the 2nd Continental Congress of the United States. The first Postmaster General was Benjamin Franklin.

1788 - New York became the 11th state to ratify the U.S. Constitution.

1881 - Thomas Edison and Patrick Kenny execute a patent application for a facsimile telegraph (U.S. Pat. 479,184).

1893 - Commercial production of the Addressograph started in Chicago, IL.

1907 - The Chester was launched. It was the first turbine-propelled ship.

1908 - U.S. Attorney General Charles J. Bonaparte issued an order that created an investigative agency that was a forerunner of the FBI.

1945 - Winston Churchill resigned as Britain's prime minister.

1947 - U.S. President Truman signed The National Security Act. The act created the National Security Council, the Department of Defense, the Central Intelligence Agency and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

1948 - Babe Ruth was seen by the public for the last time, when he attended the New York City premiere of the motion picture, "The Babe Ruth Story".

1948 - U.S. President Truman signed executive orders that prohibited discrimination in the U.S. armed forces and federal employment.

1953 - Fidel Castro began his revolt against Fulgencio Batista with an unsuccessful attack on an army barracks in eastern Cuba. Castro eventually ousted Batista six years later.

1964 - Teamsters president Jimmy Hoffa and six others were convicted of fraud and conspiracy in the handling of a union pension fund.

1998 - AT&T and British Telecommunications PLC announced they were forming a joint venture to combine international operations and develop a new Internet system.

Matt's coffee & ph00 from last nite are still ok, so have at it.

Really buying a new one for the bedroom and moving BR into the fiver. Have to do some modifying of cabinets - - going bigger.

OK, gotta move - - grabbing a ph00 and out of here.

Mornin all,

Goin to the Truck hospital this mornin. THink I might need a new vp44. Hoping it is the MAP, but that would be exceptionally rare, and exceedingly lucky. Sooooooo, bracing myself for the bad news, and hoping for the best.

Morning. Got my HAz-Mat refresher out of the way. First aid is Thursday.
Starting another pot of the blood thinner.

What're the dimension's on that pipe used? Looks like what I used to make the firebox of my boiler stove.
