Not too much else going on, just trying to stay up on the power curve. Not happening too well, I'm afraid! My surgery got moved back to the 12th, a little bummed about that, but I'll live.

Ok, off to work. Stay cool...
Surgery!! Whats wrong buddy?

Well, they took an x-ray of my head the other day, and thought they saw a brain growing... they gotta take it out, Marines are not allowed to have brains!

No, really, I tore my ACL a few months back (about 9 to be exact) and they are finally getting around to fixing it. ACL, meniscus, Patella, two cysts, two or three bone spurs, and some water. I've been gimping around for a while now... sissy.

When the last American leaves Miami, please lock the gate and bring the flag. I wonder if that "blanket" was as messed up as her dress????

What is a "cist" in the shoulder? Doc did not explain that one well at all. I have one "INSIDE" (huh) a tendon on the shoulder that can put me on the ground at times. Trying to nurse around an operation on it saying it can sometimes go away. I had never heard of such a thing.

Morning - - took my shower all ready this morning - - worked in the yard for about 45 minutes - - I was sooo wet all I needed to do was dry off when I came in. Neat. OK, now to get some work done inside in the cool -- really a muggy one out there today. Have a gudurn, gang.

Boy, whata buncha slackers in here today. I spent a good part of the day in the eye doctors office... got a deep scratch on my cornea. Cost me $190.89 to have him tell me that and give me an itty bitty tube of antibiotic eye goo. 'Course, he had some good stuff that took the pain away immediately, but he wouldn't give me that stuff. Said it would melt my cornea if I used it more than a coupla times a day and its' effect only lasts 20 - 30 minutes.

This is true...

Just got a call from my Uncle Wade (Dad's youngest brother). He finally got rid of his pile of Chevrolet dually and got back in a Dodge.

Picked up an '01 3500 with 130000 on it. 6spd 4x4 real clean except for the typical dash grenading and runs strong. Gave 11,000 for it. Hes all excited.

So am I. He had a 95 and a 97, both black dually 4x4. I used to dream about those trucks growing up. I liked Dads '90 when he got it, but man I LOVED those two trucks he had. I seriously think that 97 is what started my obsession with Cummins.
